A curious gin from the Black Forrest in Germany. Made with 47 botanicals and bottled at 47%, it is botanically complex and well structured. A robust entry with an abundance of spice, fruit and herb flavours. The finish is wooded and reassuringly heavy.

Paired with East Imperial Burma Tonic, lemon zest, lemon biscuit and a lime wedge.
