Malty on the nose with a distinct scent of heavily stewed spice apples, as well as hints of juniper, angelica, and other baking spices. Tastes of citrus, apples, lavender, and a tinge of juniper. Slightly hoppy with a refreshing bitterness and lingering heat on the finish.
