A modern dry gin with a dry and crisp, aromatic taste and a long dry finish. It is infused with the aromatic essence of Celtic botanicals including rowan berry, coul blush apple and dandelion. A little on the sweet side, this gin dries in the mouth to leave a clean finish with smudge of herbaceous spice.
