Made in Portland, using only one botanical: juniper berries. It is a reductionist approach to a classic gin done in a very modern way. Smooth to start, with a gradual rise of strength and warmth of coriander and spicy cardamom. Ideal for people drawn to gin for the bright pine and citrus undertones.
