London Dry Gin

Simon Ford made this gin to be a workhorse for bartenders from a blend of nine botanicals. The mix of 9 botanicals starts with a traditional backbone base of juniper & coriander seed that’s balanced with citrus (bitter orange, lemon & grapefruit peels), floral (jasmine flower & orris) and spice (angelica & cassia). A full-bodied gin with juniper berries and spices on the entry, developing layers of citrus before hints of vanilla hits. The dryness from jasmine play an interesting role in this gin.
