St George is one of the most distinctive gins made in America, it’s an ode to the wild beauty of the Golden State, California. With the ultra woody notes of Douglas Fir, California Bay Laurel, Sage and a hint of citrus, Terroir is a forest in your glass.

A Negroni is a classic cocktail made with equal parts of Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Campari. In this drink, we use less Campari and add Cynar, another amaro to give a slightly dryer bitterness. La Quintinye Vermouth Royale Rouge is used as the sweet vermouth. A house blend of bitters is also added to add extra layers of flavor.

This Negroni is aged for 2 Weeks in a new Charred American Oak Barrel and then transferred to an exhausted Charred American Oak Barrel for long term aging.

5 liters of awesomeness comes to you in a barrel. Each 5 liter barrel will get you 67 cocktails. The drink is ready to consume straight out of the barrel. Best enjoyed over a glass of ice.

Product Options

• Delivery to external premises: We will deliver to your location. The barrel will belong to you after the cocktail is finished.
• Storage and consumption at The Spiffy Dapper: Your barrel will be stored in the venue. You can consume the contents at any time without additional costs. The barrel remains the property of Spiffy Dapper Pte Ltd.

You can purchase and store the barrel at The Spiffy Dapper for 2 years from the date of purchase. We need a minimum of three days to prep the barrel for you.

If you would like us to deliver, please give us 2 weeks heads start so that we can move the cocktail from the new barrel to the exhausted barrel for long term storage and delivery.
